Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GravityMore website, plugin(s), services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”) provided via gravitymore.com (and related domains). By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using any portion of the Service, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use or install the Service.

Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” or “GravityMore” refers to the entity providing the Service, plugin(s), support, updates, and related materials.
  • “You,” “user,” or “customer” refers to the individual or legal entity purchasing, installing, or using the Service.
  • “Plugin / Product” means any software module, extension, add-on, update, patch, or version of the plugin(s) offered by GravityMore (e.g. “Preview Submission”, “Import Entries”, “Booking for Gravity Forms”, payment gateway add-ons).
  • “License” refers to the rights granted to you under Section 4.
  • “Support & Updates” means bug fixes, improvements, version updates, and technical assistance provided during the active license period.

Grant of License & Usage Rights

  1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin(s) on the number of WordPress / Gravity Forms sites permitted under your selected license tier.
  2. You may not sublicense, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Plugin(s) to third parties unless expressly permitted in writing.
  3. The license entitles you to receive Support & Updates only while your license is active.
  4. Upon expiration, termination, or revocation of the license, your right to updates and support ceases. The Plugin(s) may continue operating, but we make no guarantee of future compatibility or support.

Fees, Payment & Renewal

  1. You agree to pay the fees as listed on our pricing page for the selected Plugin(s).
  2. Payments must be made via the payment methods we accept.
  3. Licenses may auto-renew unless you disable auto-renew before the renewal date.
  4. We reserve the right to change pricing, feature allocations, or plan structures; significant changes will be communicated in advance.
  5. If a renewal payment fails (e.g., expired card), we may suspend or disable your access to updates or support until resolved.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. You may request a refund within a specified period (e.g. 14 days) from purchase, per our refund policy.
  2. To be eligible:
    • Submit a refund request via our support channels.
    • Permit us to diagnose or fix the issue.
    • Deactivate and uninstall the Plugin(s) from all your sites.
  3. Refunds will not be granted after the allowed refund window.
  4. We may deny refunds if the Plugin(s) function as described and issues are due to third-party conflicts (themes, servers, other plugins).
  5. On cancellation, your license continues until the end of the current term; you lose rights to support and updates thereafter.

Delivery, Updates & Support

  1. After purchase and successful payment, you will receive download access, license key(s), and documentation.
  2. Updates (bug fixes, incremental improvements) and support are provided only during the active licensing period.
  3. We do not promise perpetual compatibility with all future WordPress, Gravity Forms, PHP, or third-party plugin versions.
  4. Support covers issues arising from our Plugin(s); we are not liable for conflicts due to server environment, themes, or other third-party software.

Intellectual Property

  1. GravityMore (or its licensors) retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Plugin(s), source code, design, documentation, branding, and related assets.
  2. You retain ownership of the data, content, entries, or configurations you create via use of the Plugin(s).
  3. You may not remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, credit lines, or license verification mechanisms built into the Plugin(s).

User Obligations & Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Plugin(s) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin(s) (to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law).
  • Circumvent license verification or share license keys in contravention of these Terms.
  • Use more installations than permitted by your license.
  • Modify the Plugin(s) in a way that violates license integrity or removes credit notices.
  • Overload, attack, or misuse any underlying infrastructure or services related to the Plugin(s).

Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. The Plugin(s) are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
  2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure operation.
  3. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability (and that of our affiliates, employees, agents) is limited to the amounts you have paid for the Plugin(s).
  4. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (loss of data, revenue, business interruption, etc.).
  5. These limitations apply regardless of cause (contract, tort, negligence), even if we were aware of potential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GravityMore, its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Plugin(s)
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third-party rights or laws

Termination

  1. We may terminate or suspend your license and access immediately if you breach these Terms.
  2. Upon termination, all granted rights cease.
  3. You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Plugin(s).
  4. Termination does not absolve you of obligations accrued prior (e.g. payment, indemnity).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. It is your duty to review periodically.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the global laws wherever applicable..

Severability & Waiver

If any provision is judged invalid or unenforceable, that portion is severed; remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any accompanying policies (refund policy, privacy policy, documentation), constitute the full agreement between you and GravityMore regarding the Plugin(s), superseding earlier agreements or understandings.
